At SEKISUI KASEI Academy, we are committed to developing the next generation of leaders who are full of vitality. Alongside training sessions conducted by external lecturers, we incorporate discussions with executives and practical education. This approach ensures that participants acquire the necessary knowledge and theories required for future executive management roles.

SKG Kaizen Activities: Practicing "Zen-in Keiei"
The SKG Kaizen Activities aim to develop the skills of employees working on the production floor and strengthen the manufacturing capabilities of the entire group.

- At SEKISUI KASEI Group, we operate under the philosophy that "manufacturing begins with people,“ and to develop our group members and strengthen the manufacturing capabilities of the entire group, we promote improvements in productivity and work efficiency across all operations.
As a platform to present these activities, we hold the annual SKG Kaizen Activities Company-Wide Conference. In the fiscal year 2024 (the 17th conference), 199 teams from around the world entered, and 11 teams that passed the preliminary rounds at each site gathered for the company-wide conference.
After presenting their improvement activities, outstanding teams are recognized and awarded. The details of their improvement initiatives are also shared across the group to foster collective learning and enhancement.
